Phil Miller most recently served as Senior Vice President of Convenience at Core-Mark International, a division of Performance Food Group (NYSE: PFGC), a $63 billion Fortune 100 company and one of North America’s largest marketers of fresh food and broad-line supply solutions to the convenience retail industry, serving more than 40,000 locations across the U.S. and Canada.

With over 30 years of executive leadership experience, Phil has built a distinguished career across logistics, finance, retail, and foodservice. Since 1987, he has held senior roles with United Parcel Service (UPS), TCBY, ARAMARK, and C&S Wholesale Grocers, where he led a multibillion-dollar operation serving the western United States and Hawaii. At Core-Mark, he oversaw an $8B multi-division organization spanning 30 states across the Midwest, Southeast, and Eastern regions.

Phil has served on numerous industry boards, including the Western Association of Food Chains (WAFC), Independent Grocers Alliance (IGA), and the California Grocers Association (CGA), where he served as Chairman of the Board in 2020. He has also contributed to the Southern Association of Wholesale Distributors (SAWD), the Navigator Lighthouse Foundation, and was an inaugural member of the C&S Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council.

A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, Phil holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Kennesaw State University and has completed executive education programs at Penn State University, Michigan State University’s Broad Graduate School of Management, The Wharton School, and McKinsey & Company’s Black Executive Leadership Program.
